Shipping Policy
Update: Delivery delays (August 2020)
Due to COVID-19 many international flights have been cancelled and new safety measures have been implemented and this has affected our delivery times. Usually the extra time for a package to arrive is a couple weeks but can be more or less.
If you don’t receive your item in 60 days after you place your order you will be refunded automatically and you can keep the product. Please see our Refund & Return Policy for more information.

Original Shipping Delivery
International Free Shipping time is 9 – 30 working days but usually orders are delivered within 9 – 20 working days.
Please let us know through chat or message us if you would be interested in faster shipping and we will get back to you with shipping cost details for any specific product. Usually Express shipping cost ranges from USD 15 – 25 per product. The Express shipping are normally delivered within 5 – 12 days.
We process orders between Monday to Friday. All orders are dispatched from warehouses located either in Canada, USA, or China within 1 – 4 business days. An email with tracking information will be sent once your order is shipped. Tracking information is available 1 – 3 days after the order has been processed and the package has been shipped. In peak periods please allow for up to 6 business days for dispatch.
Shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays if any.
