Most orders leave the warehouse within 1-4 days of payment. Please check our Shipping Policy page for more information.
Your package tracking information is available 1-3 days after shipment. We will email your tracking information.
You can track your order with your order number (received via confirmation email) and billing email address.
Most items are delivered within 1-4 weeks from shipment date. Please note however that in some cases shipping may take longer due to various factors including customs clearance and postage service efficiency. Let us know if you would be interested in faster shipping and we will get back to you with shipping cost details.
We have a large assortment of products not stocked in-house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once, they are on the way.

Our warehouses are located at Canada, USA and China. We will ship products depending on product ordered.
Many countries do not charge import duties on private items below a certain stated value. However, you may find that you have to pay custom taxes when goods you've ordered arrive in your country. Please note that all import taxes/duties are the buyer's responsibility.
For the vast majority of returns, it takes about 5-10 Business Days for us to get your package at the fulfillment center, inspect your return, process, and complete your refund. If the refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 Business Days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there. If the email does not appear in the spam folder, it probably did not reach you. It is not uncommon that email addresses are entered with a minor typo. In this case, do not hesitate to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, our staff will update your contact info and resend you the order confirmation for your reference.
